This nice beach house is the home of a kind hearted retiree named Phill. He loves the ocean and beach and has lived in this area all his life. After retiring from his job as a business investor he moved here and took up surfing as a way to pass the time. He also loves cooking in his kitchen but hates hammocks after falling out of one and braking his back.
