Short Description:
Since I'm mainly focusing on residential constructs of late, it's obvious that a commission for said purpose will be offered for a player that simply wants to start his own journey in a house dressed with a particular style. The main pointers that were offered were a scale that does not overwhelm the player with a massive vertical height, though, with an extensive horizontal spread that accompanies function and aesthetic. Though it's tempting to upscale the proportions that affords more potential, preferred borders were to be followed as best I could without making everything look and feel too modular. I usually present my build with a walkthrough that offers you an elaborate perspective instead of renders and slide shows, so a YT representation will be conveyed per usual. Nothing extravagant, I just think it's fair to at least give you a broader scope before you take interest (or not) in my builds.
Unquestionably, though not rocket science, one of the most challenging aspects of the game, lest simplicity is preferred, is to produce detail on a smaller scale without breaking the angular consistency of the build, hence my respect for oriental builders who squeeze their style into what can be considered an impossible scale to work with when ornate features are prompted by the creative faculties. Fortunately, contemporary housed does not demands excessive nooks and crannies compared to oriental architecture, particularly Asian style builds. However so, I tried to squeeze in as much detail as I could within the given framework without making it look too busy and cluttered externally.
Though the color palette is nothing new, since most Suburban houses tend to lean towards colder colors, though not limited to it, when the architect makes his selection preconstruction; I think it worked for this build as well. Some transitions might seem ironic, but I think it's worth the risk overall.
Most features were determined via commission, but a free hand enabled me to dial up and tone down certain elements without moving outside the given borders, allowing me to roundup the build according both personal and prerequisite preferences. All and all, I think the build can be cast in the light of being favorable in terms of survival and functional value with a confident and proud appeal in its own respect. Whoever said that simplicity can't be brought to view without bearing the rewarding title of beauty should reconsider the capacity of what it has to offer without hyperboling structural proportions. The build contains-
Build Composition:
- 4 Unique Bedrooms
- 2 Restrooms
- Kitchen
- Living Room
- Lounge
- Bar
- Large Aquarium (First and second floor)
- TV room
- Swimming Pool
- Undercroft (Storage and workshop)
- Outdoors Retreat with small bar
- Vantage Points
- Small garden with active crops
- Comfortable scale with details (Debug Stick, invisible frames, and barrier blocks)
- Optional FPS mods for older computers
- And a massive survival world filled with endless potential
