In the world, sky has a layers. There are 5 layers. There are angelic town in the 5th layer who name Glahavier. It is a huge floating land. This town has a huge tree, green grass and clouds around the town.

World Edit won't be out for 1.7.10, or at least I believe it is not a priority, the priority will be 1.8. World edit's 1.7.9 version should work with 1.7.10 regardless.
