BUILT IN 1.12.2, probably works just fine in other versions but I haven't tested it so let me know if you try
OVERVIEW:
4k x 4k recreation of Crater Lake, Oregon. I put the most time into the lake and lake rim itself, however the rest of the map still looks pretty good. Bathymetry (underwater topography) is far from accurate, just a rough approximation. Wizard Island is mostly accurate, but Phantom Ship isn't because to scale it would only be a few blocks and wouldn't look like anything
SURVIVAL:
Technically possible but this map is mostly just to look at, I would check out some of my other maps if you want a more survival ready map.

Native Oregonian here, I've been to this lake countless times and I can tell you right now this looks incredibly accurate, even down to the surrounding small mountain peaks, example, Mt. Scott.
Crater Lake used to be a mountain and most people don't even know that! It was formerly known to the natives as Mazama, essentially their version of Mt. Olympus and the throne room of the gods.
