This is probably one of the largest Minecraft cities ever created, with work starting around 2011 and continuing ever since.
This project is still work in progress. It is my idea of a perfect city, and contains a huge variety of different places:
  • Financial areas with office skyscrapers
  • Massive mansions for wealthy citizens
  • A HUGE metro, rail and monorail system
  • High rise apartment buildings with spectacular views of the city (If your computer can handle extreme render distance from the Optifine mod!)
  • Castles for defending the city
  • Farms for food
  • Entertainment districts with football stadiums, casinos
  • Massive Train Stations and an Airport
  • City parks
  • Housing Estates
  • Several Large Ships
  • Huge mob statues of Blaze, Creeper, Players

Major update!
Certain locations referred to are in (brackets), please see the Metro map included in the world save download to locate them, called "metro_map.svg".
  • Redeveloped the island on the east of the city, adding new buildings including a concert hall, offices and a market (Trocadero / Concert Hall).
  • Extended Metro lines 13 and 18. Closed old line 7 and reallocated its number to another line.
  • Added some new beautiful British style streets in the north-east of the city, next to a spectacular Netherlands-style windmill (Pine Village / Hanston Grove).
  • Added interiors to more buildings.
  • Completely rebuilt some buildings in the city centre area near (Central / Clocktower).
  • Added a new giant scale house in the north-west of the city (Silver Street).

Hi! This is a fantastic map and im looking forward to playing it....but the problem is I am not allowed to download it so is there a specific ip address for this?

Thanks for asking! At the moment it is targeted for version 1.10.2, but of course that means it is compatible with newer versions of Minecraft too.
