I come back to pmc with a new, really big, and special work! Crespi Hicks Estate!

This gorgeous place located at Texas, Dallas, Mayflowers Estates.
It thas a lot of landscaping area, with a paths, pools, 2 guest houses, lake, and of course - the main house!

I have been workd with it more than 2,5 months and i hope you like my work!

First owner of estate home was a italian rich dude - Pio Crespi.
After a lot of time, to there coming a new rich dude - Tom Hicks.

The desinger and architect of the estate was Maurice Fatio,
And landscape desinger was Arabella Lennox-Boyd

Tom spend a lot of money - 100mill $ just for restoration.
And he wants to sell this huge place for 135mill $, and you also can be a George Bush JR. Neighbor!

I cant be sure on 100% its has rebuilded on 100% accuracy and correct, but i seen what only i could.
