So, first things first... the ship's main superstructure is courtesy of augusterle2000
The original of that can be found, here - I downloaded it and thought it was totally awesome, and went about filling in the interiors and giving it a bit of an update for the patches there have been since it was first made.
Updated for v1.16.1
So, here's my version of augusterle's cruise ship with new interiors in pretty much every common area (I guess a 'refit' in cruise ship terms).

So, here's my version of augusterle's cruise ship with new interiors in pretty much every common area (I guess a 'refit' in cruise ship terms).
Updates include:
- Brand new atria
- New archery range and crazy golf course
- New jogging track and solarium
- Signage throughout to make it nice and easy to get around
- Shops filled in on the main promenade, and garden with fountain and waterfalls on the opposite atrium
- New rooms: Gym, Chapel, Honeymoon Suite, Casino, Spa, Ballroom
- All rooms given room numbers. That's probably a pretty minor thing, but OCD demanded I do it.
- New world buffet, re-done formal dining rooms
- Re-done one of the bars as a Tiki Bar, and another as a British pub, but being from Britain, pubs are mostly just seats, dark wood counters and a pool table that hasn't been resurfaced since 1973
- Lots of new sea lanterns for lighting, mostly just because i think they look cool.
- Helipad made bigger on the bow, to be a bit like how i remember 'Legend of the Seas'
- A few guest rooms added in places - There are now 1,071 rooms
- 2 bow anchors
- Bridge has a bell... what? That's a feature!
- The 'Download Schematic' link is the .nbt (vanilla structure file), which works with Litematica and several other similar things. If you want the .litematic, .nbt, or both, they can all be found at the alternative 'Download .litematic and .nbt (Dropbox)' link
- If you want to use it on your server or multiplayer world or whatever, that is fine by me, don't need to message or anything (though credit on the server etc. would be nice), however, I would check with augusterle2000 first, since it is his original design.

Updated with 1.16.1 features:
- Redone Archery Range. Rods instead of wood blocks, Target blocks instead of Fletchers table. And a new glowstone lamp that lights up when you hit the target
- Redone Gym. Replaced exercise bikes (because they looked crappy) with new treadmills (which look a lot better in my opinion). And replaced the fence posts on the lat machines with actual chains now that they're in the game.
- Added port (redstone torches) and starboard (soul torches) lights
- Completely overhauled the Flare Tiki Bar, into a new blue fire theme. Obsidian replaced with crying obsidian. Soul torches instead of torches, soul fire instead of normal fire. Shroomlight instead of glowstone. And new soul lanterns on the upper level

Up on deck has also gotten lot's of much needed upgrades. Honestly that part was quite empty in my original version so I'm glad to see more life added to it. The mini-golf course is a nice touch ;)
Overall very happy to see this! Hope you make more projects in the future!
Honestly the helipad is just what I vaguely remember of a cruise ship's helipad I went on about 10 years ago, but remember thinking it was a fairly iconic bit of the ship's outer look. I loved the original version of this ship, so I'm made up to see you liked it with the extra decoration / activity.
Here's hoping! (Honestly furlough made having the time to do this 1000x times easier)
