Cryshal Tirith, Source of all darkness within the realm of Faern. The Elders say that there is an Archmage who lives within the tower and controls all of the darkness within the realm. Supposedly the Archmage is a rogue mage who defected from the mage guild of Faern with a small number of Disciples (Supposedly there were 9 since there are 9 white shards encompassing the main structure) to practice magic the way it was meant to be practiced, without restriction. They walked for months until they came across a barren and volcanic land. They summoned up Rage demons, volcanic creatures formed of magma, from the volcanic pits to serve as slaves to construct their mighty pillar of darkness and death. Once the construction was finished, the Archmage and his disciples got to work transforming the land into the darkness that was always meant to be. The wave began. The first to fall was Harrendorr.
