Hello
This is probably my biggest Custom Terrain project I have ever done. I named it after a real island in the Caribbean.
Its got loads of stuff like waterfalls, ponds and lots of trees! :D
There is also a version with a small piece of flatland in the middle. Here is the download for it :) It is ideal for building something on.
There is also a schematic available for download

You could do that with NBT edit or SinglePlayerCommands, I'm sure there's a load of other ways too :)

No, unfortunately there is not, you could import the schematic into a normal world so there are ores. You could also travel far away from the island and normal generation will start.
