Because of the change in height limit, I am cancelling this project to build on. I will make one with taller mountains and higher elevations. Plus, I am making a much larger map. :)

As I still do not have a HDD worthy of creating all of Middle-earth on, I am off with another project! This map has various rivers across wide pastures and rolling hills, split into several islands by the waterways. Unlike my first project, this is aimed at general building, rather than themed. As such, many ports and towns can easily be constructed without removal of any of the landscape. Underneath the ground is a variety of resources, so it can be used as a single player or server map. As my first map, this is a 8 by 8 tile map with a 30 tile ocean border on each side, making a total map size of 68 by 68 tiles. What lies beyond, I do not know. Maybe you can take a boat there. The map itself is wonderful as a landscape, but my purpose for it is to make a whole countryside and small town community, with pathways and everything. The first release is the undeveloped landscape, but any release is free to use, given appropriate credits are offered. I hope you enjoy it as much as I plan to!
