The Daedalus Class Starship is very different from most other starfleet vessels as it has a Spherical hull. If you've seen the episode where data, troy and the guy who hurts his elbow whilst kayaking a lot get possessed, you would know of the USS Essex which is a Daedalus Class.

I've still got to do the interior, which will be TOS themed, then i'l be releasing the schematic for anybody who wants it. Hopefully that'l be before the end of February provided i don't get too much homework. The Ship measures out a bit past what it's official measurements (about 100 meters) were, but to fit in the 15 decks and keep to the schematic's i have been using ( http://www.coldnorth.com/owen/daedalus.pdf ) I've had to lengthen it out a bit, none the less i am keeping as close as i can to the plans.
