This is a faithful recreation, hopefully block by block and is an on and off project I'll be working meaning it will be slow.

I am also thinking of doing a Discord Server and a Minecraft Server where the IP is given to builders who want to work on the project. Although I don't know how I'm going to accomplish running the server with around 20+ mods.

Restarting from Scratch. Instead, I'm making a world for every version of the Lab there is. I have done Special Spiders and Mutant Skeleton.

This looks really good, but do you have a mod for some of the little details like a Trayaurus villager that could follow you or a grim dog, etc?

The Trayaurus that follows is Custom NPCS (Follower Job). You can add that Trayaurus to a custom faction so he can have a white name. For the Grim Dog I don't think there is one.
