if you make it using cmd blocks A and B, the armor stands will spawn on the line [​E]
you have to put lava [​D] to light up the armor stands of the bonfire and dont forget tu put a bloc [​C] to prevent the shield from falling.

hello, i've checked again all the commands an everything works fine for me, did you use the correct version of the command for your game version? and did you use a command block?(some of my commands wont works if you dont use them with a cmd block).
if yes, did you get an error message in the cmd block?
