The Diagonal Tower is going to be part of the recent development of the Yongsan International Business District in downtown Seoul, South Korea, which is meant to become the new business hub of Seoul. The Diagonal Tower is meant to be a modern take of structural expressionism and through it's braced structure, represents the structural efficiency of the tower (which uses 25% less structural steel than a conventional skyscraper of similar size). The real tower is 64 stories and will be 343 m tall. The tower is designed by SOM (Skidmore, Owings and Merrill)
