Am I the only one to watch this and get the scene from Hitchhikers' Guide stuck in my head where Auther Dent was going through the "sorta doorway thingy"?

But clever design! I've been toying with just a basic one-piston straight out hidden rail system...that wasn't hidden due to the rail going under the door...nice job!

I originally wasn't going for the roller coaster thing, but I think I have enough ideas floating around in my head to create a very interactive roller coaster ride.

Also, if you ever need any ideas with pistons/redstone I have plenty of stuff on my channel you could use specifically: www.planetminecraft.com/project/minecart-pistonized-track/

That sort of shows how to use pistons to make a quick track change.
