Drab
This modern house, situated on a small isolated island contains one main house, a sailboat(I pretty much used the design for the boat from a Keralis video), and some nice scenery. It is made to situate a single person, or a couple.

The Name
Its in the way it looks, it is a drab, grey house, contrasted by its exterior and interior materials.

To end some confusion, the reason the third image says made by legoguy130, is because legoguy130 is my in game name.
