Fully drained ocean temple with interior (storage with over a stack of chests labelled using blocks!). Has 6 beacons and 2 hearts of the sea (not full power though because for some reason I wanted the hearts over beacons with the beam going through).
How - place 2-3 sand grid squares, drain with sponges, dry sponges in nether/furnace, and use torches to break sand and resuse the grid.
IDMC server 1.18.1. Used a stack of sponges found from 4 raided temples (2 sponge rooms) IIRC.
