Dubai creek tower is a project in Dubai Creek, United Arab Emirates which is currently under construction.

The project is intended to reach at least 828 meters (the height of the Burj Khalifa)

This structure is not considered a tower because only a portion of it is habitable.

If complete, it may be the world's tallest building if Jeddah Tower or any other megastructure is not complete, or taller, by the time of.

the interior is not finished but the exterior is and the tower goes to the hight limit.
