I am a HUGE trekkie, and I like building star trek stuff. I've been looking at other Star Trek builds. And I wanted to try to build my own. I'm not sure of the exact scale of this project. I think it's about 1:20. I might build a 1:1 scale Starbase sometime. But I would have to build it in pieces, and then let people with height mods assemble it in their own worlds.
         This Starbase was first seen in Star Trek III: The Search For Spock. And I claim inspiration from a lot of builders. For instance The Official Nano is (or was) working on a edition of this Starbase. Only I think mine is a bit bigger than his. When this build is completed it will be simply amazing! It'll probably be right on the edge of the height limit! There will even be miniature ships inside the Spacedock section. It might be big enough for a mozzie scale ship.
         Anyway, Keep tabs on this project and leave a comment. Feel free to to use this as a spawn point for a server. Just be sure to give me credit if you do.  Every step will be documented with screenshots as the build makes progress. I would appreciate comments and advice about this build if you have any.
