The Eiffel Tower is 325 m tall by 125 m wide, but scent the world height is only 256 I scale it down to 255 * 98. Leaving only one block that I can build on just so I can get as close to a 1:1 scale that I can. Going off of one meter for each block and only using vanilla blocks I'm going to try to make the most accurate build I can. I've never build anything big or impressive, so that is why I'm going to try to do this even thou many people have built it before.
It all going to be done free hand and in a Minecraft vision 1.7.10. Once done I'll upgrade it to the lasts vision but scent most mods I’m going to be using are still at 1.7.10 I'm starting there. The mods I'm using are mostly so I can record the building building of the tower in a timelaps.
MOD:
Not Enough Items - Just so I can used ever block in the game
Camera Studio - For the time lap recording
Bad Mobs - Just so I can get those dam bats to not spawning
Too Much Time – Changing the night/day cycle for time laps.
Schematica - For saving and uploading
Dynmap - For viewing the size and scale

Getting closer to having the first level done. It been the hardest thing to get right so far, so I'm hoping the next two will be easier.

higher the the max 256. But all I was able to find was a mod that let
you build past it, sadly it was from a older version. I'm sure there is a
way to do it in the files of Minecraft, but if I was able to then
everyone would have to do the same just to use it. So for now I'm just
going to stay with this build. Thank you for your input.
