This is an old collaboration with a builder by the name of _InfinityBox. Was originally sold to a network that is now long shut down, so I decided to stop being lazy and upload this for you all to use.

I put this download on my server. And it kept on closing as soon as I went onto the world. I did keep on restarting my server. I ended up removing this world from my server and it's fine. Is there possibly a '/sudo @p c:/stop' command somewhere located on the world??

There's nothing like that I'm aware of. The download works fine for me; try using the schematic and pasting it in that way. If you still have problems then after the world is pasted in, let me know. Use mcedit, or if you want to do it inside the server with worldedit I recommend getting a no-lag plugin like Asyncworldedit.
