Hey there!
this is my first PM build so enjoy!
everything was made be me and using Single player commands.
This island estate is currently owned by a wealthy merchant named Edward Greymist. The Greymist's are wealthy merchants and well-known throughout the land. There main trades are various alcohols and silk which they sell along the coast and various trading hubs throughout the land. they own a substantial amount of land in the kingdom and each and every one of there manors, buildings and estates are all as amazing as the last.
The words of Greymist, "Fear Our Shadows"

- Anteroom
- Bedroom
- large fireplace
- wine cellar with two large barrels of mead
- Stunning garden
- Dock

- Large trading ship
- smaller sloops
- more islands with other manors.
