I like trains. So here's a locomotive and train me and my friend collaborated on (he did some of the schemes and background trains, so check out his page below!)
The following build is an EMD F7 Locomotive.
It is a Diesel-Electric locomotive manufactured by the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors and General Motors Diesel (Canada) between 1949 and 1953. The locomotive was the best selling F-Unit of all the rest, which is why many were produced. Several of these classic locomotives have been preserved, and it is still indeed a very popular one. The F7 sometimes has an additional unit (the B Unit), attached to it to provide extra torque and pulling power for the front locomotive.
Here's an example of an F7 including both the A & B unit.
The following trains and schemes are included above:
- Chicago Northwestern (CNW) [Bilevels]
- Metra (based in Chicago)
- Three additional yellow, orange, and blue fictional schemes.
These trains were made to be complaint with Minecraft's standard 1 block -> 1 meter scale. (Yes, it's very possible to make trains that aren't 5-wide.)
Go see Aa60665's page, who helped in creating some of the background trains and schemes you see above!
To be used by Greenfield & NFC only, unless granted permission.
