Level 20 : Expert Architect

This is a city I've been building, on and off, for the past two or threenmonths or so. I've renamed it four times and plan on doings so until I have thenright name, so for now Empire City sticks.

The city is composed out of several districts namely:



  • Central - The Centraln District is where Empire City began. Contrary to its name, it isn'tn all that central or populated. It's rather small, crampedn and archaic. It contains the Hospital, the church and a shop.



  • West Central - West Centraln is more of a mall than an actual district.



  • West - The West District wasn the first real expansion of Empire City, and also my favorite, even thoughn it contains nothing special.



  • North Western - The Northn Western District consists mostly of housing, and Empire City's first realn apartment bock.



  • East District - The Eastn District just contains more housing.



  • Campus - The Campus Districtn is home to Empire City's University. Almost every building here has an double function. They serve not only as a important building in then government of Empire City, but the also double as class rooms for relevantn subjects.



  • South Harbor - The Southn Harbor District contains the city's dock and control export and imports.n It's also home to the famous Pier 23 Cafe.





Please Note: When I first started construction on the city, Indidn't realize the compass was spawn point orientated, so nonenof the directions make sense.

This World also contains other towns and structures such as:



  • Blackwatern - A small town built in the ruins of a prison



  • Freeholdn - A city located in the middle of the Harrison River (incomplete)



  • Severaln other buildings and structures





This is still a work in progress

Instead of giving you the building, I decided to upload one of my cities. Enjoy.

Is it possible to convert the wood blocks into stone, or other materials?

Yes, using MCEdit you can replace specific with other blocks including stone. I just really like the wood, stone gets borring.

Hey people, been offline for far too long. But I'm back now. Been working on this world. Finnished two new citys. I'll be uploading new pics as soon as I can. The save is 70MB, bit to large to upload so I'll have to do it in segments. But in the mean time, I'll be uploading schematics of some of my buildings. Thnx for you support
