Ladies and gentlemen i present to you my 4th tower, The Empire State Building. A to scale replica of the Empire State Building in Manhattan, NY, USA. It has a decorated interior, its not hollow. This was the toughest to construct yet, yet the outcome is so amazing. Probably the best on PMC.

V2 released!  Interior improvements, and slight exterior improvements.  This is mainly for the interior though.  If you want the original version for some reason, let me know and ill send it over.
