this is my endermen farm have it 43 blocks above a 9x2 landing pad for xp mode or 44 or more blocks for a collection point.for best results have it 248 blocks away from main land in the end.there is no landing point in download so it can be put anywhere you want. you cant get to level 30 in 2 mins.
