Here's a build I did quite a while ago but never got a chance to upload, This is a 3/4ths scale replica of the F-22 Raptor. I felt this was the best scale to get the best detail accuracy whilst keeping it relatively correct compared to the Minecraft character. Built using 100% vanilla however snow blocks are placed using WorldEdit as its impossible otherwise.

That's very creative to use worldedit with the snow to make your F-22 Raptor. Love it.
