This design is based off of YtOthala's cactus farm design. Using the new 1.14 composter, you can take ≈14 cactus to make 1 bonemeal.
This farm runs at about 3,866 per hour. (Just over a stack a minute)
I have a slower computer, so this number could easily be doubled.
After searching forever, I can safely say that this is the Fastest fully automatic bonemeal farm.
This farm can also be modified to be a fully afk flower, potato, carrot, wheat, and beetroot farm (and etc.).
Keep in mind that this design is a concept, so it is inefficient. All bonemeal is put in to one chest for testing purposes. Although, it is still fast.
