In Flight of the Bumblebee, you try to survive an increasing amount of angry bees


Introduction
You suddenly fancy the taste of honey. Lucky for you there is a bee nest with honey right in front of you, filled to the brim with honey. But be careful, the bees won't like you stealing their honey and will set off with you as their destination.

The Goal & Game Over
In the Flight of the Bumblebee, a ton of bees will come flying towards you and it's your goal not to get stung. When all players died to bee stings, it's game over. There is no regeneration.

Honey Blocks
All bees die after taking one hit, stinging a player or flying into a honey block. The only way to get honey blocks is by killing a bee yourself, so don't let too many die to honey blocks right away. You can place honey blocks against the walls of the invisible box you'll be in and they'll be destroyed if a bee flies into them.

Play in 1.15 with 1 - 4 players

Notes
  • Game: Play in 1.15 with a recommended 1-4 players. There is no technical limitation to the amount of players.
  • Game: Check if the resource pack is loaded. The ceiling should be invisible, not cyan stained glass.
  • Game: Bees only die to honey blocks if they are placed directly against the walls. Do not create air pockets between the walls and honey blocks. If a honey block gets destroyed by a bee, all others behind it will move towards the wall.
  • Game: If the bottle used to start the game gets lost, you can give yourself a honey bottle using creative or the /give command instead.
  • Sound: Turn off the Music channel.
  • Sound: During the game a classical piece named 'Flight of the Bumblebee' by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov (1900) will be playing on the Voice channel.
  • Sound: The sound a bee makes when breaking through the barriers is on the Environment channel.
  • YouTube: Make sure to put a link to the planet minecraft page in the description.
  • YouTube: The original classical piece, it's production and the edit of the production are copyright free, but other productions aren't. If you don't want the risk of your video being incorrectly claimed, turn off the Voice sound channel. If you want to dispute such claim, use this website as source of the original audio.
  • Multiplayer: In the world save, there is a file named 'resources.zip' which functions as a resource pack. You need to share it with your friends and have them apply it.
  • Multiplayer: Set force-gamemode in server.properties to false.
  • Multiplayer: Set gamemode in server.properties to adventure.
  • Multiplayer: Set difficulty in server.properties to easy.
  • Multiplayer: Set spawn-animals in server.properties to true.
  • Multiplayer: Set spawn-monsters in server.properties to false.
  • Multiplayer: Set spawn-protection in server.properties to 0.
  • Multiplayer: You most likely would want to set pvp in server.properties to false.


Install Instructions
This is a world save folder. Simply click Edit > Open World Folder on an existing world. You can then go one folder higher, the folder you see should have one folder for each of your world saves. Drop the folder inside the downloaded zip file in there. After you've done that, you simply have to get back to the main menu and re-enter the world selection menu. You should see the map appear in the list.

I encountered a bug! What do I do now?
I test all my creations, but bugs happen no matter how long you test something. Whenever someone experiences a bug, I do my best to fix the issue. You can help me by providing any useful information. You can never give me enough information, but please send it in a DM instead of placing it in the comments. You can still place a one-liner in the comments stating the issue to make the community aware, but that alone isn't enough to help me fix the issue.
  • Are you using the right version (1.15)?
  • What is the issue? Does the game not start or is there a specific feature of the game that's malfunctioning? Be specific.
  • What happened? Please give me all the steps needed to reproduce the issue. The faster I can experience it, the faster I can solve it.
  • What did you expect to happen instead? This helps me understand your point of view and determine if the issue described is actually the issue I need to fix. The bug you are experiencing could just be a side effect of something else that doesn't behave as expected.
