Word:
A Göpel (or Goepel) is a German word for a mechanic (mostly a mill) powered by animals like oxs or horses or men while going around anything. There is no english word for Göpel - Google told me I should use horse mill, but like I said, Göpel more generale than a horse mill. Göpels were also used to power a mechanic hammer at a blacksmith or a lumbermill or were power by other animals.
Göpels are the first know mechanical structures created by humans, mostly used for mills. The Romans for example only known mills powered by water or muscaels (what be a Göpel).

This Göpel was created in function of a normal horse mill. I was built in Caesarea on the RP World as a Roman mill.

Bedeutung des Wortes Göpel:
Als Göpel wird ein Object bezeichnet, welche durch mit tierischer oder menschlicher Muskelkraft eine Drehbewegung erzeugt, um damit eine mechanische Arbeit zu verrichten. Göpels sind also primitive Generatoren. Sie wurden meist als Getreidemühlen genutzt, aber auch für Hammerwerke oder Sägemühlen. Göpels sind die älteste bekannte Mühlenart der Menschheit und neben Wassermühlen die einzigen, die mit Sicherheit in der europäischen Antike genutzt wurden.

Bauliche Merkmale:
Dieses Gebäude stellt eine typische Pferdemühle (für Getreide) dar. Es wurde in Caesarea auf der RP Welt als typisch römische Mühle gebaut.
