This was a quick build of the German fountain in Constantinople (then Konstantiniyye and now Istanbul). Built by the Germans (hence the name) and brought to the Ottoman capital by Emperor Wilhelm when he visited. It's located in the Hippodrome of Constantinople near Sultan Ahmed Square. Hope you enjoy!
