Hello,
this is another "ambulance" which has its origin in Romania. It was designed to be able to drive through rivers, climb steep hills and have good traction on muddy or snowy ground. It also can drive over a pile of logs. Most wheeled vehicles fail at this task.

No, I really don't know how deep water can be for it to still be able to drive through it. But there are air filled sacks that can be mounted to the wheels which make the Rescue float on water. This way it can cross waters of any depth.
So the guy in the back has to get used to the TNT... xD
