Perfect for your own pirate cove. Don't remember where I got the 3D model, but do remember that it was from a CAT scan. Took about a week to handbuild even with INVEdit. Teeth didn't translate well to binvox, but I think it makes it look more like a natural feature. All done in sandstone, died a few times when I got to cloud level. Inside is hollow and perfect for a hideout if one were inclined. Saw someone else had put up a large skull model earlier, but I think theirs was different enough to warrant two versions. Found jutdragon's skull. His wasn't the one I saw earlier (that one was smaller). Some differances between jutdragon's and mine, mostly cosmetic. Someone needs to turn one of our models into Castle Grayskull or something similar.

Additional Notes

Snow version was done for my son using MCEdit to swap sandstone with snow. I think both look good, so go ahead and try different materials if you download it. Black wool, iron, or obsidian would be nice touches depending on your texture pack.

Wow! You built a giant snowman head. And a giant phone. You can build anything and that's what you went for. Boy you really are an expert on what's cool! I'll be sure to seek your advice the next time I want to make something cool and awesome. And I'll look to you for good grammar and spelling. I hope English is not your first language. Let the sarcasm begin!

For one thing, a boy I am not. For another I can take constructive criticism quite well. If you had a problem with the nose of my giant skull and said something like the septum is made of cartilage and wouldn't necesarilly be present in a completely defleshed skull then I would concede and maybe remove that part of the skull. All you did was pop onto a random page that no one forced you to veiw and complain that it was UNCOOL. Have you went to any other skull based projects to voice your concerns about the uncoolness of skulls? If not, why have you chosen my project to pigeon hole? I built this giant skull sculpture for pirate themed worlds. It is hollow on the inside and makes a very serviceable abode (or house). For another I (and several of my friends) consider skulls to be quite cool in fact. So unless you have some structural or aesthetic advice, please keep your opinion to yourself. Like your mother should have told you when you were young, "If you ain't got nothin' good to say, keep ya mouth shut".
