Thx. East Asian buildings are generally made in larger proportions for better restore, and details can be more delicate.

Yes, the traditional East Asian buildings have strict practices and regulations, include roof's radian and decoration.
But what's more difficult is the structure. From some pictures you can see the profile of the buildings, and the East Asian timber construction is very complicated. Especially the Chinese style, and each dynasty is different.
