Goldin Finance 117, also known as China 117 Tower (Chinese: 中国117大厦), is an unfinished skyscraper in Tianjin, China. The tower is expected to be 596.6 m (1,957 ft) tall and has 128 stories. Construction began in 2008 but was twice halted, and as of December 2020 , it remains unfinished and unoccupied.
It's still not finished in real life, but I've done a rough restoration of it with renderings and some mockups. Due to lack of information and time constraints, the podium at the bottom was almost never built as it would have been in reality, which is a pity. At the same time, in order to ensure that it is not out of proportion, its area and volume are relatively small, so that it is almost impossible to fill a more complete and realistic interior. It was built within the height limit of 256 blocks and there was no post-render stitching.
