Dont put the rar in your saves folder, go in the rar and put the folder that's in the rar inside of your saves folder. Should work then!

Everything is as close to scale as possible, and I used command blocks

Probably with a command block, you can by standing/pushing on a redstone plate/button teleport to another place, well at least, that's what I'm doing in my Mystery Shack.
