These are just a couple of medieval themed clock towers I am working on.
Hewittpgh from reddit has created a redstone clock system which can be found here http://imgur.com/a/WXLnR
It is based off a daylight sensor so the functionality shows 3 stages of daylight time, and 1 stage of night (Morning, Noon, Evening, Night).
I have compacted this system so everything now fits inside the roof area of the clock tower leaving room for interiors at all of the lower levels (not finished yet)
The video shows how to sync the clock to the world time. To do this you must simply ensure a piston is set to the correct position at morning time. The system can go out of sync if time is skipped, but it can usually be easily reset with this method.
The schematic contains both towers, use whichever you like.

Thanks to hewittpgh for creating a functional clock system compatible with this clock tower. I have compacted the design to fit it inside the tower and re uploaded the schematic. Interiors are still not complete however.
