Unfortunately I don't build the interior/inside. But you can freely edit and use this map.
Create two circle (I am using WorldEdit plugin) for the inner and outer stair. I divide total block of the inner and outer circle (arc sector/circle circumference) with the floor height. Round up/down the result, that is the aantrede/riser of the staircase.
Just connect every tread of inner and outer circle and fill it with blocks and you can get the spiral staircase similar with mine.
