Fallenchecho stopped a long time ago... his pack was last updated in Beta 1.6 (or around then).
I say this not because I want to take credit for his work, but because it makes more sense for you to send people to the PMC post for the updated pack rather than a mediafire download of the 1.3.2 i released a while ago.
