On the live stream someone challenged me to make a hidden rail door, it is a 3 by 3 flush and completely hidden door that opens while riding a minecart track, pops up a rail so you can ride through it, and fully closes when activating it again.

i use that with tekkit..... then that was a BOMB in it and the the BOMB explodes :( ;(

well i think it might be like a block updater. the little letters that fly out of the enchantment table when you get close might cause a block update that can power something... idk ha

From what I can gather from the vid, it might be special properties for that specific block, or just randomness....
