Description
A small manor house with two towers built on a low, rocky rise.
Longer Description
One of the players in my table-top D&D game came to me with a picture and said "I want my character to have a castle that looks like this". It was an image of a beautifully painted pewter miniature of a manor house by "CatDancer". Not only did his character get the fort, but I decided to render it in Minecraft, mostly as a test to see if I could. It's not a perfect match, but I think I made a reasonably similar facsimile. Completely furnished except for the smaller of the two round towers.
Dimensions: 64W x 60 L x 31H
Feedback is very welcome so leave a comment if you find this interesting.
Credit to CatDancer for the original design of the manor at CoolMiniOrNot.com (a very cool site and worth a look)
Like all my designs, this is best used with the JohnSmithLegacy texture pack.
Like this design? Check out my Walled Medieval Town, my Motte & Bailey Castle, the Greenfeathers Inn and my Abandoned Farm. Also, I check out my attempt at land-sculpting with The Valley Of The Knock
You are welcome to use this design in any non-commercial mod or design of your own. Just give me proper attribution. Also, if you make your work available to the public please let me know; I'd love to see your designs too!

Feel free to import the schematic into your own world and tinker with it. You may have better luck than I did. ;-)
Edit 1: I just wish Chunky (the program I use to ray-trace the screenshots) would connect the textures together, like MCPatcher does. It makes the design much more blocky in the renders than it does in my world :-/
Edit 2: And I also wish Schemagic would let me use a different texture pack... with the default textures my selection of paintings looks weird (JohnSmithLegacy has some really nice hanging banners which I draped outside the castle, but with the default textures they show up as portraits. Very strange. :-/
