Hello!

This is the HMCS Gaspé (MCB 143), a Bay-class/Gaspé-class minesweeper utilized by the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN). It was constructed during the Cold War to replace the Canadian Military's WWII-era minesweepers. She entered service in 1953 and remained with the RCN for five years before being sold to Turkey, where she remained on duty until 1991.
