Hi! :) I was inspired by the new American Horror Story season "Hotel" and I built my own version of the Hotel Cortez. It includes 78 rooms, and in those rooms are: bed(s), desk, chair, bathroom, and for the smaller rooms a closet. The total number of suites are around 17. The top floor is where the penthouse is located, the rooms in the penthouse are what are in a regular surburban home. If you are a fan of the show then you'll notice that the main lobby is similar to Hotel Cortez. Here are some other rooms in the Hotel Valerio:

-Ballroom
-Receptionist's lounge
-Housekeeping's lounge
-Lounge
-Laundry Room
-Kitchen
-Cafe

Total of 5 floors

I'm still building the interior for the suites but feel free to download it!
