Some, or rather, most elements of the build (especially the interior) was designed with textures completely different from the base game. So, for some parts to make any sense, please download the texture pack before viewing.

Hi everyone~!
This is an older build built back when the nether update just got released (v1.16), so this build features only materials from that update. However the world is loaded in v1.18, so it shouldn't have problems with current versions.
Information:
This was a build I did on a whim for an application to the World of Keralis building server (hence the WoK texture pack). I ended up never submitting, however, because I didn't think I would actually be able to dedicate time for building on large servers + the fact that my building style isn't exactly realistic, as per server goals.
This is one of the first serious takes on modern, and I wanted to add my own spin on the category by being a bit more "cluttery" with the building style. But to match more with realism, I made a smaller guest house with a more contemporary style - which is why the styles of the two differ.
If anything, the build is heavier on interior design rather than exterior, so please check it out~! I'm happy to receive any and all suggestions to improve my builds. A note on the layout planning: terrible. I'm not quite satisfied with the layout of the house; rooms and hallways are scattered and maze-like. I will be wary to do floor planning before actually building the house.
But all and all, I do hope you do enjoy the build regardless~! (^ ~ ^)/
