Hi guys !
Today I present to you my latest build, a WW2 destroyer, the IJN Shimakaze, It's one of my favorite ww2 destroyer.
With other shipside team members we decided to create a WW2 destroyers bundle that will be available on our PMC in one month or so.. So stay tuned ;)
A bit of informations about the future of this pmc, I'm still working on something special as a 200subs special, I just want to thank you all for your support ! Also for the upcoming projects, I'm currently working on some WW2 destroyers, the Clemenceau French aircraft carrier, and two WW2 US navy cruisers so stay tuned ! Some great things will come till the end of the year !
As usual, some informations about the ship:
Shimakaze (島風?) (Island Wind) was a one-off super-destroyer built for the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II. She was armed with six 127 mm (5.0 in) dual purpose guns and conventional anti-aircraft and anti-submarine weaponry. More importantly, she was the only Japanese destroyer to be armed with 15 torpedo tubes each capable of firing the deadly 610 mm (24 in) Type 93 "Long Lance" torpedo. The ship was a testbed for an enormously-powerful, high-temperature, high-pressure steam engine that was able to develop nearly 80,000 shp (60,000 kW). This made her one of the fastest destroyers in the world: her designed speed was 39 kn (72 km/h; 45 mph), but on trials she made 40.9 kn (75.7 km/h; 47.1 mph).

because sadly my sever only has double torp tubs, nice ship btw it could Mach and surpass 90% of the ships on my server in terms of looks
