Being a huge fun of Tango Tek's Iron farm designs, I decided to build his structure with a function file.
In the function files I have included some options for block types and door types. The attached video explains how to use it.

Only tested in Minecraft 1.12.2
Make sure you do NOT build this within 70 blocks of another village.

To start the build operation, press the button on the middle north side up near the top spawn platform. Your spawn rates will go up as the villages are established. It takes 90 minutes to complete. AFK for the 90 minutes near the phoenix or it can develop issues.

I will test the file tonight to make sure I don't have a weird bug too.
Update: I did download and test the function files last night. It worked perfectly.
Jdk843, feel free to PM me, I would like to sort this one out.
1. This function only works in Minecraft 1.12.2 (Are you running a different version?)
2. Are your function files in the right location?
File location should look like this: \.minecraft\saves\YOUR SAVE GAME NAME\data\functions\Phoenix
YOUR SAVE GAME NAME = The name of your save game......self explanatory right?
Function files are placed in the Phoenix folder at the very end.
