too bad the power cells weren't actually a power cell like in the game then it would be awesome, not blaming this on you. anyway awesome work on the map.
I wonder if you knew how to make Jak 2, cause it would be even harder with 'haven city' that is so big.... if you know what i mean. but you probalby won't, its too much work haha. :D
