Hello,

this is an attack helicopter from the TV series "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG".
It specifically appears in the 4th episode titled "Natural Enemy" and is designed to destroy tanks the size of an R3000 or HAW206.
It is named after a wasp of a similar shape (Ammophila sabulosa, part of the subfamily Ammophilinae within the Sphecidae family) which is called Jigabachi in Japanese.
These wasps also hunt spiders, hence the name of the episode, given Tachikomas (which are used to fight the helicopter in the episode) and most other tanks within the Ghost in the Shell universe are "spider tanks".
