Karlsplatz 1 was a 17th century early baroque townhouse on the Karlsplatz formerly Oberneustädter Kirchplatz in Kassel, Germany.
It was the first house on the square, behind it was the Obere Karlsstraße.
On the 22th octobre 1943 it fell victim to the bombing of Kassel's Historic and cultural city center, and was along with the rest of the square with exception of the church, not rebuilt.
