Good morning, Pigott3 here. Have you ever wanted a bunch of wild, crazy, annoying little clones of yourself to follow you around and get in the way? If you answered yes, today is your lucky day! I have created children in Minecraft! Press the buttons to spawn a child. We can't have them running around naked though! put some clothes on them with a right click. To make their head look like yours, just run this command:
/give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"<PlayerName>"}
and put your head on them. Happy parenting!

It has come to my attention that recent updates have broken this world. I made a new one that works in 1.10+, but this one should work in 1.8.
